We have two hopes for every person we encounter - that they find connection, and feel loved. We believe worship is one of the primary ways that vision comes to life. Through music, prayer, creativity, and community, we strive to create spaces where people can encounter God's love and discover that they belong. As a growing and changing congregation, we are looking for a musician and leader who can help shape meaningful worship experiences, encourage participation, and cultivate the gifts of others. Duties Work alongside the Senior Pastor and Director of Music Ministries Provide music leadership during worship services Offer vocal leadership and support congregational singing Rehearse with and support praise band and choir members Collaborate in weekly worship planning Help translate worship themes, scripture, and sermon series into meaningful musical experiences Encourage and develop volunteer musicians Support special services and seasonal worship events as needed Experience Is a skilled musician Has experience leading music in Christian worship settings Can confidently lead both instrumentally and vocally Brings creativity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit Enjoys collaborating with staff and volunteers Values authentic worship over performance Is excited about helping a growing congregation discover and develop its gifts Help us build something meaningful.
