This is a Volunteer Role We're looking for a passionate Worship Leader who loves Jesus, loves people, and wants to help create meaningful worship experiences for our church. We are a church plant , so this is an exciting opportunity to help build our worship ministry from the ground up. We're looking for someone who is excited to build a team, invest in people, and help shape the worship culture of our church as we grow. Our worship style is modern and contemporary , with music primarily inspired by Elevation Worship, Hillsong Worship, Bethel Music, and Gateway Worship . What You'll Do Lead our congregation in passionate, Spirit-filled worship. Help choose songs that fit our church's vision and message. Lead and organize weekly rehearsals. Work closely with our pastors, musicians, and volunteers. Build, train, and encourage a growing worship team. Help recruit and train new volunteers as our church grows. Mentor developing musicians and worship leaders. Create an environment where people feel comfortable engaging in worship. Be flexible and ready to adapt when things don't go as planned. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely loves Jesus and has a heart for worship. A confident worship leader and strong communicator. Someone who can lead a team with both confidence and humility. Musical ability and experience leading worship. Someone who enjoys developing and encouraging others. A person who is flexible, teachable, and excited to build something new. Most importantly, someone who wants to help people encounter Jesus through worship .
