Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Pastor who will lead our church on the strong foundations of biblical authority. Fully committed to the inerrancy and authority of the Bible.

Doctrinal Alignment:

Must be in full agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Delivers sermons with a highly relational approach while remaining firm in biblical convictions. A warm, approachable man who is highly skilled in relationship building. Collaborative yet Decisive with a team-based approach while properly stewarding the authority of the office of the pastor for matters of final say. Models faithful leadership in the home, allowing that to overflow into his leadership at church.

Maintains healthy biblical priorities:
