Job Description
We're Hiring a Part-Time Worship Leader! theCHURCH is a new church plant in Bend, Oregon, launched in June 2026. We are a Jesus-centered, Bible-teaching, discipleship-focused church looking for someone with the heart and ability to lead our church family in worship and help build a healthy worship ministry as we grow. Our worship team is currently small—often one or two people—so this role will sometimes involve leading solo while helping us recruit, develop, and disciple a team. If building something from the ground up excites you, we would love to hear from you. The Role Approximately 10 hours per week Sundays from 8:30 AM-12:00 PM Setup, sound check, rehearsal, and leading approximately 30 minutes of worship before the message Weekly song planning, preparation, communication, and team development
