Full Job Description SUMMARY:

We are seeking a thoughtful, committed, and organized individual to help lead and support our student ministry during this season of transition. This part-time role serves as the primary ministry coordinator for students in grades 6-12, coordinating weekly programming, future planning, volunteer support, and meaningful relationships with students and families. This position is classified as a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), ministerial exempt employee.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

(Includes but is not limited to) Facilitate Sunday evening programing in partnership with volunteers Attend both the traditional and contemporary services on Sunday mornings Participate in worship leadership as assigned e.g. announcements Connect with students and their families on Sundays with a warm and invitational spirit Support Kids Ministry check-in and Kids Worship Review and update bi-weekly email for students and families Communicate with and invest in volunteers Document Sunday evening Student Ministry attendance in Realm Attend weekly Ministry Team meeting Oversee planning and management of Student Ministries' budget Plan, organize, and write curriculum (as needed) In partnership with the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation, plan for future events, retreats, and camps/service trips Attend monthly all-staff meeting Attend monthly session meeting Attend students' extracurricular events a few times a month Meet with Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation Meet with Student Ministry Elder once a month

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, self-starter, collaborative, and proficient in technology At least two years of prior experience in a related area (preferred) Completion of Ministry Safe Sexual Abuse Awareness Training Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter and resume to the Search Team at .
