JOB DESCRIPTION OF PASTOR OF WORSHIP & MEDIA
Reports To:
Senior PastorPRINCIPAL FUNCTION
The Pastor of Music & Media provides leadership for the worship and media ministries of the church. Under the direction of the Senior Pastor, this position oversees worship services, technical production, and church communications to support meaningful worship, discipleship, and outreach. While this role includes oversight of both worship and media ministries, the primary emphasis will be on leading and developing the music ministry, with media responsibilities serving as a secondary but important support role.MUSIC MINISTRY
