Seeking Senior Pastor Daybreak Community Church, a gospel-centered, evangelical church located in the Champlain Valley of the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, is actively searching for the Senior Pastor whom God has chosen to lead us into the future. Daybreak is a vibrant, growing, unique, and diverse multi-generational church. We are a congregation of 200+ with 24 years ministering to Chittenden County, the most densely populated county in Vermont containing one of the least churched cities in the nation, in one of the least churched states in the nation. We need a dynamic and visionary pastor in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) to lead us. While being a strong equipper and discipler, his gifting should also include practical and relevant preaching and teaching, an approachable and relatable disposition, and a healthy emphasis on evangelism and missions. Salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 total compensation package based on experience level.
