Job Description
Zion Episcopal Church in Charles Town, West Virginia, is seeking a Priest in Charge to lead the congregation in mission, ministry, and witness.
Charles Town, West Virginia, is in the state's eastern panhandle. The area is a bedroom community for the sprawling DC metro-which means all the opportunities of the DC area are a short drive or train ride away. The influx of new people to the area has given rise to new opportunities to evangelize and grow-both in numbers and in ministries at Zion Church.
The people of Zion are looking for a pastor, leader, and visionary who can guide them into the next chapter of their history. This individual should be personable, engaged in the community, and dynamic in their leadership. Strong administrative and pastoral skills are needed to accomplish the work.
