Job Description

We are seeking a Resident Services & Marketing Assistant to support resident services, admissions, marketing, and community outreach within our assisted living community. This position works closely with community leadership to assist prospective residents and families, support the move-in process, build referral relationships, and help maintain resident satisfaction and community occupancy. Requirements
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, social services, admissions, marketing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Degree in social work, psychology, sociology, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with seniors, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners
  • Comfortable conducting tours, outreach, follow-up calls, and community networking Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents and families
  • Conduct community tours and assist with admissions and move-ins
  • Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, placement agencies, and other referral sources
  • Assist with marketing events, outreach activities, and community networking
  • Track inquiries, tours, referrals, and admissions
  • Support resident and family communication and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with nursing, activities, dietary, and other departments to ensure smooth resident transitions
  • Assist with marketing materials, social media, newsletters, and community events
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable policies and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
