Castle Rock, CO Status:

PRN (with movement to FT/PT)

We're hiring Resident Assistants to support our residents in a non-clinical role while preparing for your next step: becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Here's the best part: We offer the CNA course on-site and cover the full cost. You'll learn in a supportive environment and grow into a certified role—all while working and getting paid.

What You'll Do:

Support residents with non-care tasks like making beds, setting up meals, and escorting to activities Provide companionship and a welcoming presence Help maintain a safe and clean environment Communicate resident needs to licensed staff
