Knowledge/experience in working with ex-offenders, low-income, homeless and veterans. Demonstrates experience working with community services and grassroots organization. Supervisory and/or coordination experience preferred. Requires excellent organizational and customer service skills, computer experience and a valid Florida Driver's License. B. Job Summary Assist in the management of the residence facility, delivery of services to residents, and serve as public liaison for residential program C. Responsibilities 1. Assist Residence Manager/Case Managers in enrollment of residents, including documentation of attendance, and in-house data. 2. Assist in the direct delivery of services required/requested by the resident, and in the delivery of information and referral services 3. Maintain file system of referral agencies and organizations that include documentation for program participants, graduates, assessments, follow-up, and etc. Develop/maintain binders for partner agencies and funders. Copy and record all student documentation in student files. 4. Monitor rules compliance for all program participants. Track and prepare disciplinary actions that violate policies and procedures. 5. Assist clients in utilizing community resources to meet individual needs 6. Maintain accurate program statistics and prepare required monthly, quarterly and annual program reports. 7. Maintain resident medications securely and monitor dosages as prescribed 8. Monitor all physical residence space, including dormitories, recreation room and computer lab. Conduct facility inspections as assigned or indicated. 9. Provide information and referrals to residents. 10. Disperse mail and deliver phone messages to residents 11. Assist visitors to the residential facility.

$15.00 per hour
