Female Resident Advisor (Live-In Position) Southeastern Preparatory Academy | Orlando, Florida Are you passionate about mentoring young women and making a meaningful impact in their lives? Southeastern Preparatory Academy (SEPA) is seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Female Resident Advisor to join our housing program and help create a safe, supportive, and welcoming home for our female international and domestic housing students. What You'll Receive FREE Private Room & Board $1,500 Monthly Stipend Become part of a close-knit educational community Make a lasting difference in students' lives About the Role As a live-in Female Resident Advisor, you will serve as a mentor, role model, and trusted adult for our female housing students. You'll help foster a positive residential environment while supporting students' personal growth, well-being, and success. Responsibilities Include Supervise and support female housing students Build positive relationships and serve as a mentor and role model Ensure student safety and uphold residential policies Coordinate recreational, cultural, and community-building activities Communicate with school administration regarding student needs Support new international students as they adjust to life in the United States Be available for occasional evenings, weekends, and emergencies Qualifications Female applicant (required due to supervision of female residence hall) Must be at least 21 years old Responsible, compassionate, organized, and dependable Experience working with teenagers preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to live on campus full-time Background check required Ideal For Graduate students Teachers Counselors Coaches Professionals seeking supplemental income Individuals who enjoy working with teenagers and international students Location Southeastern Preparatory Academy Orlando, Florida Apply Today!
