• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting

• 2+ years of construction project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with commercial construction projects preferred

Offer Salary:

$80,000 - $105,000 base salary

• Exposure to hospital expansion and EP Lab projects
• Every other Friday off, PTO, and 401(k)
