40 Variable hours/week; will be required to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, and stand-by.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Valid Florida Driver's License and PBC Risk Management Department driving history approval prior to appointment. Requires successful completion of DHS Criminal History Records Check and Security Threat Assessment prior to appointment and the ability to maintain these clearances as a condition of employment.
THIS IS AN AT-WILL POSITION
. Use the Job ID based on the Position Location as follows Location Job ID President Donald J. Trump (DJT) International Airport, Building 846, 1000 James L. Turnage Boulevard, WPB 36265 Assists the Airport's Project Manager and Construction Coordinators in a variety of federal/County-funded projects. Maintains accurate records necessary in the administration of the construction projects, including coordination of field inspections, submittals, requests for information, scheduling of construction meetings, and preparation of meeting minutes. Reviews and maintains Contractor's certified payrolls for compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and reports any violations; prepares change orders and project close-outs. Interacts with government agencies, contractors, and the general public.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess one of the following: Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification, including or supplemented by coursework in Business Administration (must specify on application) ; minimum of two (2) years of secretarial or clerical experience in engineering or the construction industry, OR Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of three (3) years of secretarial or clerical experience in engineering or the construction industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include: Experience ensuring payroll compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act (must specify on application) , Experience using project management software (e.g., eBuilder), Experience using MS Word/Excel, Knowledge of federal guidelines/regulations governing the management of federal-funded construction projects (must specify on application) , and Familiarity with construction industry terminology (must specify on application) .
