What you will be doing:
You'll be responsible for the program coordination, student discipline and preparation of records and reports in regard to the living quarters of students and staff assigned to residential living department.
Essential functions:
Monitor group living conditions, evaluate situations and conditions inside the dorms and make decisions and recommendations. Ensure completion of duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations for assigned shifts. Assist with residential advisor functions as necessary to ensure safety and appropriate student behavior within the dorm. Communicate with families of students as required to resolve problems and assure the well-being of students. Coordinate activities of dorms, including recreation and entertainment on and off center, dorm competitions, dorm courts and after hour tutoring and learning activities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 years experience working with youth A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
