What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of in-home sales experience (HVAC or home services preferred). Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of HVAC basics (concepts, equipment, solutions). Experience creating detailed estimates and closing service agreements. Skilled negotiator with a proven record of high closing rates. Tech-savvy with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and sales software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about delivering 5-star customer experiences. Education High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a related field preferred. Work Environment & Requirements In-home visits, local travel, and office meetings. Ability to work evenings, extended hours, and weekends as needed. Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs/ladders, and handle varying weather conditions. Professional appearance and adherence to safety and ethical standards required.
