Candidates should have previous experience working for a home improvement company, remodeling contractor, or residential builder . Job Responsibilities Install siding on residential homes Install and replace residential windows Perform proper flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Assist with various residential remodeling and construction projects Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and safe work area Complete work according to quality and project standards Qualifications Hands-on residential siding installation experience is required Hands-on residential window installation experience is required Previous experience with a home improvement company, remodeling contractor, or residential builder Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling Ability to read and follow project instructions Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have dependable transportation

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:
