Residential Advisor Education & Training Resources LLC/Westover Chicopee, MA Job Details 3 days ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Westover Job Corps Center is seeking a Residential Advisor to help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive dormitory environment for students. This position serves as a mentor and role model, helping young adults develop personal responsibility, leadership, and independent living skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor students in the dormitory setting. Maintain student accountability and ensure adherence to center policies. Provide guidance, support, and behavior coaching to students. Promote a safe, clean, and positive living environment. Teach and reinforce leadership, life skills, and responsible decision-making. Complete required documentation, reports, and shift logs. Collaborate with counselors, dorm staff, and other team members to support student success. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Residential, youth development, or related experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse and disadvantaged youth. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
