Welcome to Becket Maine Residential! The Becket House at Lewiston is a specialized Residential Treatment Center for girls that allows them to engage in intensive therapy in order to confront the challenges of severe childhood trauma. At the Becket House at Lewiston, individuals have the opportunity to address behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs with the guidance of licensed mental health counselors and Behavioral Health Professionals.
Position:
Per Diem Overnight Girls Group Home Worker Schedule:
Primarily awake overnight shifts (typically 12-hour shift) as well as an occasional day shift as needed. Must attend 2 staff meetings per month- typically Mondays 9a-11a
Pay:
$19-$21/Hr depending on experience. Benefits (Full Time): 108 hours of paid vacation 60 hours of paid sick leave per year (4+ weeks paid time off) Double-time (twice your hourly wage) paid on 8 holidays Vision Insurance

Job Requirements:
Must enjoy working with kids! Must have a valid Driver's License. Must pass a criminal and child protective background check.

High School Diploma or GED.
Job Description:
This position provides supervision and support to adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. Our program has a very high staff to student ratio, which provides a stable therapeutic environment for both our youth and our employees. Your primary role is assisting children with mental health and emotional challenges in a residential setting. This position offers a very competitive hourly wage and requires no previous experience, though additional consideration is given to those with previous experience. The position includes a generous benefits package including health insurance, dental, paid sick time, retirement (403B), and paid time-off. Paid training is also included, which covers TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention), First Aid, CPR, and CRMA training (Certified Residential Medication Aide).
