Full Job Description Resident Assistant Duties:

• Provide direct support to residents in a home care setting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the supervisor
• Drive residents to appointments or outings as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals in a home care or residential setting
• Knowledge of systems and procedures related to direct support services
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
