At the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR), we have creative and caring staff who help our students realize their potential.
MAIN DUTIES
Foster effective group living relations and promote a positive atmosphere Assure accountability of students, maintain records and report incidents Direct and assist with activities and engage with students Perform room inspections and assist with cleaning and sanitizing Serve as a role model; mentor and monitor students
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time working from 3:00 pm to midnight on either Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED; valid Minnesota driver's license with acceptable driving record; and ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs; residential experience in a dormitory or group home preferred
PAY AND BENEFITS
$23.50 per hour plus 12 paid holidays; paid vacation and sick time; 401(k) with match; and medical, dental and vision insurance
