You can make a social impact at the Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center, operated by Education and Training Resources (ETR) for the U.S. Department of Labor.

JOB DUTIES

Monitor and provide direction to residential staff Ensure safe living environment and positive atmosphere Patrol and monitor dorms to ensure safety and resolve problems Handle student passes, logs and other documentation Model appropriate behavior; mentor and monitor students

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED, valid Minnesota driver's license with acceptable driving record, and ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs required; residential experience preferred

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time working Overnight Shift from 11:30 pm to 8:30 am on Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)

PAY AND BENEFITS

$26.09 per hour plus benefits, including 12 paid holidays, vacation and sick time; 401(k) with match; and medical, dental and vision insurance
