Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRTF Residential Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to residents in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential setting, and will be committed to upholding resident rights while fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being of our residents.

IN-PERSON DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
Provide direct care services (basic needs) to male children or adolescents. Instruct and supervises consumers in various settings. Including the community to develop self-control and social, educational, communicational and vocational skills and document service delivery Assess and monitor a consumer's progress and psychiatric/ emotional stability. Maintains composure in intense situations that may arose when grossly appropriate behaviors occur and effectively calm consumers through verbal non-aggressive techniques or protective non aggressive interventions Assist in the daily operations of the home; activities, housekeeping, etc. Provide mental health and substance abuse education and support to consumers and families Provide intensified structure and supervision to consumer at all times. Provide healthy adult role models. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of need for services, services provided and service outcomes for all assigned clinical cases and services provided and service outcomes for all Organizational Supports Attend and participate in scheduled administrative staff meetings Maintain and enhance clinical skills through professional readings and attendance at recommended training events. Other activities that relate to job duties.

IN-PERSON MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma or GED. 1 yr experience working with children/ adolescents with MH/SA issues required and /or combination of experience, skills and competencies that is equivalent. Applicants 25 years of age and older
SALARY:
Depends on Experience;
MINIMIUM
$13 with limited or no knowledge; experience and other factors determines higher rate of pay. Interviews are
