We are looking for Full time and Part time employees New Freedom Center provides residential and outpatient chemical dependency treatment for men and women. We are seeking dependable, goal oriented Residential Technicians that will monitor medications, perform random drug/alcohol tests, answer phone, performs cleaning duties, light maintenance and special projects as assigned. Will be responsible for providing direct residential services. Carries out duties associated with direct care, security, supervision, and accountability of clients.

905 E Interstate Ave, Bismarck, ND Evening Shift- $17.00 an hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties include but are not limited to: Monitor and document client's behaviors and activity in a residential setting Deal with crisis/ emergency situations as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual and/or under assignment by the Residential Tech Supervisor Work with the Residential Tech Supervisor in taking appropriate notes regarding behavior of clients and group as a whole Work as a member of a treatment team in the role of a substance abuse technician. Cleaning duties as assigned. All other duties as stated and assigned by the Residential Tech Supervisor. Ensure clients are adhering to NFC policies and procedures. Please note primary duties listed above are not an exhaustive list and are subject to change on an as-needed basis to ensure the overall functionality and overall well-being of the facility. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
