Open until filled _________________________________________________________________________ Summary Provides direct supervision to the residential staff. Develops and coordinates a variety of after-school programs and activities for all residential students and participating day students. Ensures the safety and well-being of students. Serves as a mentor for staff through modeling, demonstrating, and implementing best practice in supporting students' total growth utilizing the Compassionate Systems model. Maintains records and files appropriate to the position- e.
Position-Specific Qualifications/Requirements:
Education and/orExperience:
Masters Degree preferred Fluent in America Sign Language Minimum of 3 years experience in Student Life (or related experience working with K-12) Maintains current Drivers License and Defensive Driving Certificate (Course will be offered) Qualifications and Expectations Applicable to All NMSD Employees To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
