Job Description

Assistant Residential Project Manager $25.00-$30.00/hour | Full Benefits | Growth Opportunity Are you looking to take the next step in your residential construction career? We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager who enjoys being involved in the action—coordinating projects, working with subcontractors, visiting job sites, solving problems, and helping keep projects moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to grow into a Project Manager role and gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of residential construction. What You'll Do

Work directly with Project Managers to coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish

Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients

Track schedules, deadlines, materials, and project milestones

Assist with budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and job costs

Visit job sites to monitor progress and help keep projects on track

Troubleshoot scheduling, material, and day-to-day construction issues

Maintain project documentation, reports, and files

Help ensure quality, safety, and company standards are consistently met

Keep clients informed and provide a positive experience throughout the project

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You don't need to know everything on day one—we're looking for someone with a solid construction foundation who is eager to learn and grow.

Preferred qualifications include:

Previous residential construction experience

1+ year of Assistant Project Management or related experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively with trades, vendors, clients, and internal teams

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to read blueprints is a plus
