Hours are:
7am-7pm 7pm-7am Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision to residents in alignment with individualized service or treatment plans, ensuring consistency across all shifts. Support residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, meals, medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations), and adherence to structured routines. Monitor resident behavior, emotional well-being, and physical condition, promptly identifying and escalating concerns to licensed clinical staff. Maintain a safe residential environment by enforcing house rules, safety procedures, and infection control protocols. Accurately document all resident interactions, incidents, and observations in compliance with HIPAA and organizational documentation standards. Support crisis prevention and de-escalation using approved intervention techniques and organizational protocols. Collaborate with clinical, case management, and operations teams to ensure alignment between daily support activities and treatment goals. Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care and accurate information transfer.
