OKCYC provides residential treatment for at-risk youth. Desired applicants will possess a strong work ethic and have a desire to help the most complex youth in Oklahoma.

Duties to include:

• Assist in day-to-day activities of residential programming.
• Lead group activities.
• Supervise adolescent teens.
• Engage in healthy relationships.
• Demonstrate life skills and basic living skills.
• Provide adequate care.
• Oversee safety & security.
• Daily documentation.
• Mentor youth in a positive manner.
• Communicate with program director.

Availability:

• 24/7 care
• Day shifts & Night shifts
• Weekends, Holidays
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and pass drug screen and background check
