Residential Conveyancer Sheffield Salary up to £55k Hybrid A leading law firm in Sheffield is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its established and highly regarded property team. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality service to clients and working closely with colleagues, agents and other professionals throughout the transaction.

The role will include:

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions. Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion. Providing clear, professional advice to clients. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors. Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures. Maintaining high standards of client care and service. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning residential conveyancing experience.

You will ideally be:

An experienced residential conveyancer with a strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process. Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Client-focused, organised and commercially aware. Confident communicating with clients and professional contacts. Someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
