Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Completing daily routines that ensure the center is operating effectively and efficiently Recruiting and retaining enrollments of children and families, including assisting in the creation and facilitation of special events Collecting and addressing parent feedback Assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, supervision and coaching of center staff Observation, strengthening and improvement of center practices Maintaining compliance with TN DHS rules and regulations and STARS expectations Auditing paperwork (DHS paperwork, center staff and child files, health and fire inspections, etc.) Assisting in the classrooms and kitchen as needed Supporting Director and executive management team as needed and instructed

Qualifications:

High School diploma and ECE credential (college degree preferred) Minimum of one year experience in childcare, three years preferred.
