Resident Assistant Position:

Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). Demonstrate empathy and compassion toward our residents and team members Maintain cleanliness and order. Engage residents in activities and social interaction. Maintain accurate documentation. Exhibit our core values at all times.

Requirements:

While caregiving or CNA experience is a plus, it's not required! MUST have a big heart, positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to work in an Assisted Living Setting with individuals w/ Alzheimer's & dementia. Holds oneself accountable and team to the highest standards. Ability to Lift 50lbs. Reliable Transportation. Open Availability/ Flexibility.
