Role Description The Housing Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ. This role involves providing case management support to individuals in the foster care community, assisting with various housing-related needs. Responsibilities include maintaining direct communication with clients, offering guidance and resources, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring effective customer service is delivered to achieve successful outcomes. The coordinator will also provide technical support for housing-related processes and documentation. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to establish trust and connections with clients, families, and team members Experience in Case Management and Customer Service to support and navigate client needs effectively Proficiency in providing Technical Support to assist with housing-related processes and tools Ability to work collaboratively with community organizations and maintain a resourceful mentality Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments Understanding of foster care system challenges and housing support processes is a plus
