Life Coach For ILS Individuals
Job Description

Modern office setting Growth opportunities Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment Duties The ILS Worker will provide 1:1 ratio assistance to the individuals in the language of their choice, at home and in the community. ILS Worker's Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:- Helping the Individual to obtain his/her IPP objectives in line with their ISP.
- Maintenance of documentation regarding individual's progress
- Keeping individual's information confidential
- Taking case notes on each date of service and assisting in the assessment, planning and evaluation processes as needed
- Maintenance of current car insurance and provision of transport for the individual
- Coaching the individual based on approved curriculum.
- Communicate with individual's probation officer as appropriate and give update as to consumer's program progress when applicable.
- 24-hour response to law enforcement issues regarding consumer when applicable
- Court representation if, and when applicable
- Teach/instruct Individuals in all areas of curriculum.
- Assist Individual in all areas of need in line with consumer's IPP.
- Work Hours depends on the programming established by individual served.
- 24-hour response to situations concerning ILS individual
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with team management or supervision is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of google workspace is preferred
- Bilingual candidate is a plus

Part Time Shifts available onlyNote:
