Do you have experience as a paraprofessional, behavior technician, or RBT? If so, apply today! Job Description The Support Coordinator will oversee the coordination and management of SSG staff within the district. This role involves providing guidance, support, and training to staff, ensuring they are equipped to support students effectively. The Support Coordinator will work closely with district administrators, teachers, and other staff to promote a cohesive and productive learning environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with SSG and district policies and procedures, as well as managing timekeeping and attendance for staff. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred Previous experience as a paraprofessional, behavior technician, or RBT Minimum of 6 months of school-based experience required; 1 year preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups Knowledge of special education, behavior management, and applied behavior analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Office Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am•4:00pm M-F for the duration of the school year, are comfortable with school breaks unpaid, comfortable performing in-person site visits 3x a week
