This position supports resident engagement through meaningful activities while also providing safe and dependable transportation for appointments and outings. Responsibilities of the Life Enrichment Assistant Duties Assist the Life Enrichment Director in planning, coordinating and conducting resident activities. Provide engaging activity programming that enhances residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Tailor activities to meet residents' individual needs, preferences, and abilities. Assist in creating monthly activity calendars and newsletters. Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and privacy. Safely transport residents to and from appointments and community outings. Assist residents when entering and exiting the vehicle. Ensure adherence to all safety procedures during transport. Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the community vehicle. Follow all infection control and safety protocols. Complete all required state training upon hire and annually. Collaborate with team members to support overall resident care and engagement. Required Experience Possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills for word processing. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language. Valid driver's license (CDL if required) with a clean driving record. Minimum one (1) year of driving or transportation experience preferred.
