Job Description

Provide administrative and office support to the School of Arts, Sciences, & Education and the School of Public Affairs & Social Services. This position requires the ability to work independently, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and effectively use computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The position involves handling sensitive and highly confidential information and requires discretion and professionalism.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide office coverage and administrative support in collaboration with the Office Assistant. Assist with maintaining and organizing student files and records. Schedule appointments for students with their Academic Advisors. Enter and maintain student data and academic schedules accurately and efficiently. Assist with preparing, maintaining, and updating reports. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Academic Office Operations Manager Working Hours:
24 hours/ week. 9:00 a.m. -3 p.m. Monday - Thursday (with occasional flexibility)
Compensation :
$17.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, calendaring, and database software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively and professionally with faculty, staff, and students. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree and two years of related work experience
