At Youville Place , you won't just plan activities—you'll help create meaningful moments that bring joy, connection, and purpose to every day. We're looking for a Full-Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our Programs team and lead engaging experiences that support the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents. What You'll Do As a key member of our community, you will: Design and lead engaging programs including social events, wellness activities, educational sessions, and spiritual opportunities Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting a person-centered approach Coordinate community outings and trips —including driving the Youville van for excursions Set up and facilitate activities (including assisting residents with mobility needs) Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and families to enhance programming Promote events through calendars, newsletters, and creative communications Support special events, employee engagement activities, and resident services (like salon scheduling) Monitor resident engagement and report changes or needs to leadership What You Bring A genuine passion for working with older adults Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity, energy, and the ability to lead group activities Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to assist residents and set up events (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, etc.) A team-first mindset with a compassionate, respectful approach Qualifications 1+ year of experience working with older adults or in a related setting Experience with recreational, social, or therapeutic programming preferred High school diploma (or equivalent) required Valid driver's license (for resident outings) Willingness to learn and grow within a mission-driven organization Why Youville Place?
