Job Description
Life Enrichment Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, organizing, and leading group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities Encourage resident participation and provide companionship during programs Help transport residents to and from activities Document resident participation and provide feedback to the Life Enrichment Director Support special events, outings, and holiday celebrations Comply with all health, safety, and infection control policiesLife Enrichment Assistant Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with older adults Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekendsLife Enrichment Assistant Benefits:
