Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Community Integration Life Coach is responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading community integration activities for members at Erik's Ranch & Retreats. This role supports both individual and group activities, fostering skill development, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle for our members.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in community integration management, ABA, coaching, recreation, or a related field preferred Experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to motivate and support individuals with diverse abilities Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass a background check

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead a variety of community integration activities for members Spend time with and support members, adapting integration as needed to meet individual abilities and goals Facilitate group sessions, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive environment Encourage participation, teamwork, and self-esteem among members Monitor member progress and provide constructive feedback Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities Collaborate with other staff to integrate programming with other aspects of the organization Work with our volunteers to coordinate event details. Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and member progress Uphold Erik's Ranch & Retreats' mission and values in all interactions

Benefits:

$24.04 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
