Pay Parent Aide Services:

$17.00 per service hour

Transportation Services:

$22.00 per transport hour Schedule Flexible part-time opportunities are available, including: Weekdays Evenings Weekends Current openings include: Saturday cases Infant and newborn visitation cases After-school visitation cases (NEEDED daily) Various Branson area cases Additional cases added weekly Some cases require transportation of children, while others involve only supervised visitation. Certain visits are staffed by two Parent Aides due to the complexity of the case. About the Position Willow Branch is seeking compassionate, professional, and dependable Parent Aides to provide services for families involved with the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children's Division. This is not simply a supervised visitation position. Parent Aides play an important role in supporting child safety, strengthening parenting skills, and helping families work toward reunification. Successful Parent Aides build professional relationships with parents while maintaining appropriate boundaries, remaining objective, and carefully observing parent-child interactions. They provide coaching during visits, model healthy parenting techniques, and document observations that become part of the family's service record. This position requires maturity, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm in emotionally challenging situations. Responsibilities Supervise parent-child visits while ensuring child safety at all times. Observe, document, and objectively report parent-child interactions. Coach parents using evidence-based parenting practices and child development principles. Model age-appropriate parenting, communication, and behavior management strategies. Assist parents in developing nurturing relationships with their children. Provide support during emotionally difficult or crisis situations while maintaining professional boundaries. Transport children to and from visits when assigned. Communicate effectively with case managers, therapists, foster parents, and Children's Division staff. Complete documentation accurately and within required deadlines. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all agency and state requirements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. We Are Looking For Someone Who Is dependable, punctual, and highly organized. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrates patience, empathy, and emotional maturity. Is flexible and willing to travel within assigned service areas. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Education or experience in: Child Development Psychology Social Work Counseling Education Family Studies Early Childhood Human Services Experience working with children and families Knowledge of child welfare or Children's Division services preferred Experience with crisis intervention, conflict resolution, or behavioral support is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Class E Driver's License will be required for positions involving child transportation.
