Life Enrichment Assistant (Full Time)
Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help create engaging activities, build meaningful relationships with residents, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.
Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and enrichment programs
Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
Build positive relationships with residents and support individual interests and abilities
Assist with decorating, special events, outings, and holiday celebrations
Observe, report, and document resident participation and responses to activities
Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being during activities and events
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care and engagement
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with older adults
Dependable, professional, and committed to enhancing resident quality of life
Creative, organized, and willing to learn
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers Position Details Full-time hourly position
Every other Saturday required
Holiday rotation required

Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude, and portray a positive image. Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, creativity, reliability, and a passion for enriching the lives of residents.
