Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required Valid Driver's License Bilingual in Spanish and English Strong oral and written communication skills

Work Schedule & Location:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 3 days in-office: 70 Clinton Avenue, Newark, NJ 07114 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all services available to children and families Conduct quarterly home visits Provide information on available services, resources, and options based on state-allocated budgets Assist in developing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) Maintain accurate documentation and case records Travel locally for meetings as needed

Strong commitment to supporting children and families Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to work in the field and commute as required

Job Types:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
