About the Role Nevada Legal Support Services is a licensed process serving and legal support company (NV License #1711) providing service of process, foreclosure postings, trustee sale services, and evictions throughout Nevada. We're looking for an organized, detail-driven coordinator to keep our trustee sale operations running smoothly and to ensure our process serving files meet legal standards before affidavits go out the door. Responsibilities Trustee Sales Schedule auction agents across sale locations and confirm coverage for every sale date. Distribute new orders to rural county agents and track them through completion. Report sale results to clients the same day and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Review completed sale orders for accuracy and compliance before they're returned to the client. Serve as the primary point of contact for trustee sale clients, addressing questions promptly. Assist with hiring and onboarding new auction agents. Process Serving Affidavits Review completed service files to confirm every attempt is logged in our system with the required details (date, time, address, description of the person served or reason for non-service, and server information). Verify that each attempt meets the requirements for valid service or a valid attempt under Nevada law before an affidavit or declaration of due diligence is prepared. Flag incomplete or non-compliant files and follow up with servers to correct them. Prepare and proof affidavits of service and due diligence for accuracy prior to notarization and filing. Maintain organized records so any affidavit can be supported if challenged in court. Key Requirements Proficiency with computers, including email, text messaging, and Google Calendar. Strong attention to detail — you catch missing fields, wrong dates, and inconsistent notes before they become a problem. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication with clients, servers, and auction agents. Experience in a coordination or document review role, preferably in legal, real estate, title, or auction industries. Familiarity with process serving, affidavits of service, or Nevada court filings is a strong plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
