Position Overview The Social Services Assistant plays a key role in supporting the emotional, social, and psychological needs of our residents and their families. Working closely with the Director of Social Services and the interdisciplinary team, this individual helps residents adjust to their stay, supports discharge planning, and advocates for residents' rights and preferences. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
