The Medicare Support Coordinator confirms pre-enrollment Medicare and Medicaid eligibility of applicants, and supports enrollment processing of all VillageCareMAX Medicare products. Some of your daily activities will include: Review and audit Medicare eligibility and Medicaid eligibility enrollment prior to Medicare enrollment submission. Create daily tracking, submission and reconciliation of applications submitted to CMS. Outreach to member or applicant regarding eligibility issues or application discrepancies. Confirm timely processing of all Medicare enrollment and disenrollment letters. Outreach to external vendors to resolve or correct systems issues, eligibility issues, and various discrepancies pertaining to enrollment. Create and maintain monthly enrollment and disenrollment reports. Support Eligibility Unit and Business Operations department in special projects or task base on department needs and goals. We would like to speak to those who have an Associate's degree along with a minimum of 3 years of job related experience in healthcare or Medicare enrollment processing.
