We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Life Enrichment Assistant to help bring energy, joy, and meaningful experiences to our residents each day. Position Summary The Life Enrichment Assistant partners with the Director of Life Enrichment to create and deliver engaging programs and events that enhance the social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual well-being of our residents. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, compassionate, and passionate about helping others thrive in a vibrant senior living community. What You'll Do Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading a variety of engaging activities, events, and outings for residents. Foster meaningful relationships and encourage resident participation in community programs. Support activities that promote wellness, creativity, lifelong learning, social connection, and personal fulfillment. Help create a fun, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community. Maintain activity supplies, equipment, and common spaces to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Document resident participation and communicate feedback and observations to the Director of Life Enrichment. Assist with special events, holiday celebrations, and community programs. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities as required. Perform additional duties as needed to support residents and the community. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Creative thinking and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to bend, squat, kneel, stand, and lift items as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience planning recreational, social, or enrichment activities is preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
