  • Facilitate or co-facilitate trauma-informed conversations and help close the feedback loop by documenting and communicating improvements made in response to neighbor input.
  • Partner with the Data Intelligence Team to review qualitative and quantitative data, identify trends and service gaps, establish outcomes and indicators, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Support Food Is Medicine, Healthy Pantry, Child Nutrition, Senior Nutrition, campus pantry, barrier-reduction, pantry innovation, partner learning, and volunteer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning opportunities, grant-readiness workshops, technical assistance, materials, communications, evaluation, and follow-up.
  • Build collaborative relationships with neighbors, volunteers, partner agencies, healthcare organizations, academic institutions, public health partners, and other community stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project plans, calendars, participation records, consent documentation, evaluation files, and communications, and represent the department at community meetings, coalitions, trainings, and events.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Associate degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, social services, community development, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and effectively use organizational software, databases, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently throughout the Foodbank's service area using a Foodbank vehicle.
