Interim Manager of Social Work Services -

CA LCSW Summary:

The Interim Manager of Social Work Services provides overall management of the department. Plans, organizes, staffs, directs, and controls care coordination activities. Provides oversight and broad direction of social work services to meet the psychosocial, emotional, financial, and spiritual needs of patients and their families, to assist them in adjusting to problems related to acute or chronic illnesses and/or disability, and to facilitate comprehensive dispositional planning in conjunction with other health care professionals and community agencies. Works closely with the medical staff and leadership to identify patient care needs and assists in removal of barriers for a safe and timely discharge. Ensures delivery of quality patient care in compliance with all regulations, adherence to hospital policies and procedures, and oversees customer service, patient satisfaction and staff performance and competence.

Required Qualifications:

Master of Social Work (MSW) required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in state of California required. 5+ years of Case Management Social Work Leadership experience in healthcare required. Tentative Compensation Plan 13-week contract with opportunity to extend W2

Pay:

$3,500/week, Paid Weekly Paid Housing 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month 2 Paid Travel Days per Month Rental Car Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life - available day one of contract at no cost
