Compensation:

Oakview:
Oakview comprises our CMS 5-Star Rated skilled nursing center and also includes an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We use modern equipment to achieve excellent clinical outcomes as recognized by the acute hospital.
What you will bring:
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor. Minimum of 3 years experience in hospital or skilled nursing setting required. Prefer at least 5 years experience. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Must present a professional manner and be able to deal with situations that may be stressful. Must have experience working with Title 22 and OBRA Regulations, including, but not limited to, Medicare, PPS, MDS, Care Planning and HIPPA. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and work closely with residents, families and staff. Bachelor's degree in Social Sork, Gerontology or related field. Master's degree preferred.
