Team Leader
Job Description

We're looking for a Team Leader who brings strong clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and a commitment to quality while supporting the growth and success of their team. What You'll Do Lead, supervise, and develop assigned team members through regular coaching, training, feedback, and performance support. Oversee client assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, clinical documentation, and the delivery of evidence-based, strengths-based services. Monitor client outcomes and team performance to ensure services meet clinical, organizational, and regulatory standards. Partner with leadership to manage staffing, productivity, workloads, and evolving client care needs. Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, schools, and community partners to support comprehensive, connected care. You'll Thrive in This Role If You... What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree preferred, OR Associate's degree in any field plus six (6) years of experience in a human services or mental health field required.
